Mr  Kendall`s experience delves deep into the convergence of the physical, electronic, cyberspace threats to provide risk management, analysis and advice to our clients.  He is familiar with the confluence of today`s psychological, physical and cyber methods of attack. He has created an infrastructure to assess risk by applying a structured, scientific methodology to the evaluation, research, examination, and conclusion.  He has been a professional consultant and educator for over 25 years focused on technology, risk and management issues. His professional expertise encompasses five years of hands-on experience in training the United States Government and Large Businesses in a wide range of security, counter-terrorism, and anti-crime techniques.  In addition, he has 20 years of client-focused planning, design and integration experience in professional services consultancies engaged in projects as diverse as the campus-wide converged IT, voice, data, video and security infrastructure, building design, and project management at the famous National Defense University in Washington, DC to the US$500 million UM Medical Systems new hospital, emergency response 911 headquarters, and the schools of nursing and medicine in urban Baltimore, Maryland USA.  International projects outside Brazil include South Korea, Canada and the Middle East.

His 15+ years as a successful entrepreneur in his Brazilian companies has given him a unique understanding of the risks of living and doing business in Brazil. As a professional executive consultant, he possesses risk, security and business management skills with a Brazilian context relating to foreigners, ex-patriots and investors. He is uniquely qualified to deal with the required interface to the Brazilian agencies, culture and norms regarding company creation and structural issues.  These include locating and protecting a business and residence, travel and relocation risk mitigation issues, employee problem and management consulting, benefit and retention recommendations, loss prevention, crisis mitigation, and the critical quality, security, safety and health related issues.  |
